A No-Holds-Barred Sketch Series

The Bobroom - Jennifer Baxter, Mike Beaver, Stacey DePass, Jason Jones and Rob Tinkler star in a 10-part, half-hour sketch comedy series, premiering Thursday, June 10 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT, exclusively on The Comedy Network.

The Bobroom’s high-energy and unique comedic perspective redefine the meaning of “edgy” comedy.

Formed in 1997, the Toronto based sketch group has earned a reputation for their take-no-prisoners satire and hilarious brand of comedy which brought them a well deserved Canadian Comedy Award nomination for Best Writing.

Sketches include a refresher course for pop-culture horror characters Jason and Freddy ; a politically incorrect job interview; a post-nuclear group of survivors; a 50’s Leave It to Beaver -style sitcom starring the foul-mouthed ’Lil Billy and from the darkly genius mind of Winston Spear, “Crack Doll House”.

The Bobroom is produced by Leopard One Productions in association with The Comedy Network and CTV, with the participation of the Canadian Television Fund created by the Government of Canada and the Canadian cable industry.
